Save-A-Life: Charity Show
There is a charity event where there will be 2 Nepali movie screening- LOOT and MEROSATHI.
All the proceeds will go to Dr.Om Gurung treatment who has been fighting for his life.
Dr.Om Gurung known by many of us, a veteran sociologist/anthropologist of Nepal,
a dynamic person who heavily contributed to the peoples movement in 2007 to instate
Democratic Republic Nepal and a prominent leader of Nepalese Ethnic community is currently
battling against severe medical condition: double kidney failure.
The richness and intellectual capacity that Dr. Gurung has is of immeasurable value to transform present Nepal into a prosperous country as Nepal is in state of transition. Although the government of Nepal, individuals and other organizations have put their ample effort to collect funds which
definitely has provided financial assistant for his treatment it is still not sufficient enough to do his treatment. Our generous effort is surely to be big help for him to get treated Transplanting kidneys costs a lot that that an ordinary person cant afford. Therefore, our help of every single bit is going to be of big value for his treatment.
